To start with, I have picked 3CE #602 V.

Very trendy and chic.

#602 V is a bright purple as it seemed but it tends to turn into a hot pink when it's smudged. 

It could be substitute with the lip tint which stays longer on the lips.

Firstly prepare your Concealer and #602 V

Conceal your lip's outer line and your original lip color. This ensures the lipstick colour stains your lips with a pefect colour. After that colour your very inner part of your lips.

Lastly, use clean tip of your fingers, make a gradation through out the lips.
